Nifty Knit Bags

Each bag is entirely unique, an expression of true art.
Known officially as Kiondos in rural Kenyan communities, these tribal pattern baskets were traditionally woven as gifts from mothers to their daughters.
This bag is woven by some of the most skilled and expressive weavers of the Kenyan Kamba tribe. These bags offer Kenyan weavers flexibility from their primary source of income, farming.
